Hypnobirthing will teach you to trust your instincts, stay relaxed and calm through labor, and achieve an empowered birth. This course includes 2 birthing affirmation audio files, a copy of Hypnobirthing: The Marie Mongan Method, and a Hiermanna course workbook, complete with exercises and breathing techniques to help you get in touch with your body during pregnancy so that when it comes time for labor, you’re feeling confident and prepared. With this course, you'll learn: -How to prepare for the birth of your baby. -How to breathe through contractions. -The physiology and anatomy of pregnancy, and what to expect when going into labor. -The benefits of Hypnobirthing for both you and your baby. -And much more! You'll learn how to use relaxation techniques to ease pain during labor, and how to fully trust your body's intuition when it comes to giving birth. You'll also understand how important it is for both parents—especially the birth partner —to understand their role in supporting the mom during labor. Finally, we'll give you some tools for communicating with medical professionals so that they know what's important during labor as well as after your baby arrives home from the hospital.
