Our Maiden and Mama circles shed light on misconceptions about women's health through open dialogue. All Hiermanna events are hosted and facilitated by birth workers and related health experts.

We can eliminate shame and stigma around common, yet misunderstood experiences that happen to women when we talk about them. By creating safe spaces where we can reflect on the taboo, we create a better world for ourselves (and babies).
