Postpartum Doula services are most popularly used after the birth partner has returned to work and family support is no longer available. Postpartum Doulas work to fulfill any lack in the home during this beautifully challenging transition. Support to allow adequate rest Nutritional and herbal recommendations for optimal healing and milk production Emotional and physical support Grocery shopping Breast/bottle feeding support Assistance with sibling adjustment Light housekeeping (laundry, kitchen, and nursery) Light meal preparation: daytime support includes breakfast, lunch & snacks; nighttime support includes breakfast & snacks Baby support (bathing, diapering, feeding, swaddling) Tips on for establishing good sleeping habits Gua Sha Facial Massage Resources to support families transition Connections to pelvic floor therapists, lactation consultants, mental health professionals, and other community experts found helpful at this time JustServe Junior Postpartum Village (optional) Though these are very general postpartum services offered, Hiermanna focuses on the specific needs of the mother. Sometimes this looks like a fresh loaf of bread, a good belly laugh, or a nap. We require a minimum of 3 hours (per day) for doula support that is provided on any day between the hours of 6am-7pm. Payment plans available. There is a non-refundable deposit due at signing. The deposit is equivalent to 50% of the package's total cost.
